Prepping for the slab pour continues. Pea gravel was dumped and spread using a Kubota track loader and a lot of manual labor. The pea gravel is used as the base layer because it finds and fills the voids alongside and below the BlueDuct. A 6" layer of gravel will be put on top of the pea, then 4" rigid insulation board, before finally, the concrete slab.
