Gravel Fill

In the southeast corner of the lot, 128 linear feet of 18"-tall precast concrete drainage galleries will be installed in three separate sections. The bottom of the galleries will be set at an elevation of 7.0' above mean sea level (the pre-existing lawn elevation in this area varied between 9.4' and 11.1'). Excavation has been completed down to about 6.5' above MSL, including by breaking up and removing the buried/abandoned seawall, and 6" of gravel is being filled and compacted to get to the desired elevation.

Another 32' (northwest corner) and 72' (along north boundary near street) of drainage galleries still need to be installed, but will be done after pool installation (northwest corner) and after house framing (at street) so as not to impede access.

Bolts and steel plates later this week.
