The entire rear yard will be enclosed with a fence meeting pool enclosure regulations. The first part, along the border with the neighbor to the east, has been installed -- a stainless steel "picket" fence. The finished grade will be raised with soil to the level of the cap on the brick retaining wall so the pickets will be just over 4' tall.
