Heavy rain and strong winds with flash flood warnings tonight, but hopefully it'll be calm enough again tomorrow to allow the concrete crew to continue with the foundation work. Openings for flood vents and a "shelf" to carry the floor joists still need to be formed before the walls can be cast.
