The house has been wrapped with Henry Blueskin VP100, a self-adhesive peel-n-stick vapor permeable air and water barrier. The wrap is a rubberized asphalt compound laminated on blue polyethylene film. It blocks air and rain from entering the house while allowing water vapor to escape, increasing building longevity, improving thermal performance for reduced energy costs, eliminating drafts, and minimizing mold proliferation.
